How to repair broken PTFE Fabrics

1. Polish and smooth the damaged area
The damaged part of the Teflon high temperature cloth should be polished first, and the area of the damaged part should be marked with a marker, and then use a professional angle grinder with a moderately sharpened tungsten steel polishing disc to polish the damaged part until the surface of the damaged part shows a certain degree Radians, and no protrusions.
2. Apply adhesive
Clean the polished surface with alcohol, and then brush the adhesive. Let it dry until it is slightly sticky but does not stick to the back of the finger. If the damage is too large, use imported Kevlar cloth.
3. Paste high temperature cloth

Bond the high-temperature fabric to the damaged part, and try to avoid air entrapment during the bonding process. Then use a hot press welding machine to compact the surface of the high-temperature cloth and expel air bubbles.
