PTFE Fabric Self Adhesive are fiberglass fabrics impregnated with PTFE dispersion and coated with a high-temperature, silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive. The silicone adhesive coated products have a continuous operating temperature range between -70°Cand +260°C. PTFE Fabric Self Adhesive provides an excellent release surface for a diversity of industrial applications requiring high temperature, electrical resistance, mechanical strength,and fire retardancy.
Zobon PTFE Fabric Self Adhesive is available in two adhesive formulations:
- Acrylic Adhesive: highly persistent adhesion at room temperature; able to withstand intermittent temperatures between -73° and 135°C.
- Silicone Adhesive: adheres readily to heated surfaces; repositionable without residue; able to tolerate constant ambient temperatures from -73° to 260°C.
