How to judge the quality of Teflon high temperature cloth?

Several precautions for judging the quality of Teflon high temperature cloth:

1. Bright surface, which is mainly determined by the quality of Teflon resin. A good adhesive machine belt is mainly coated with imported Teflon. The overall appearance of the adhesive machine belt is very bright and has a relatively strong sense of luster. As far as the surface is concerned, the stronger the luster, the better the quality of the adhesive machine belt. The pure domestic Teflon coating is basically dull.

2. The surface has no defects, which is mainly determined by the production process. The fewer bubbles, particles, glue marks and other defects on the surface, the better the quality of the adhesive belt. Because these large and small defects will be directly reflected on the fabric during pressing, and in severe cases, the fabric will be scrapped.

3. There are no scratches on the surface, and there are obvious scratches on the adhesive machine belt. No matter the size, in the future use process, the scratches will be easily broken and the service life will be reduced. So a good quality bonder tape should have no visible scratches.

4. Whether the joint is flat or not, the seamless belt of good quality cannot see the joint. The inspection method is to rely on the hand feel. The more obvious the hand feel, the worse the quality. The seamed adhesive tape mainly depends on the joint process, and the quality of the pressing is solid, and the joint is folded lightly to see if it is warped. Even if the adhesive tape is slightly warped, it will be disconnected from the joint.
